Once I restart WMI(Windows Management Instrumentation) from services.msc, services.exe CPU usage literally drops to 0%, and stays there. I tried running it in Safe Mode which didn't work, and am now running it with some of my Startup items turned off (otherwise system performance is way too slow.) Will what should I do next?
