It would not boot into safemode with networking. I was losing hope and getting ready to take it somewhere to get fixed. You will probably see a couple screens helping you setup your new user account. I could not even connect to eh SpyBot website. If you're running Windows Vista/7/8 then you have an alternate path.

MalWareBytes has fixed problems before for me, but this is the first time that I've been totally locked out by a virus.
