I ran the Deckard thingy and this is the results. directory A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process, if you computer does not restart automatically please do it yourself manually.

Glad we could be of assistance. The malware may have reset your desktop and Norton may be blocking any changes. I have the setups for the other programs that I haven't used in a flashdrive.
